01Using our services
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and ensure that authorized users protect their account credentials.
02School responsibilities
Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions to process student, staff, and parent information and for managing user access within their organization.
03Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, billing schedules, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms will be described in the order form agreed with each customer.
04Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload harmful material, or use it to violate the rights of others.
05Intellectual property
EduPilot and its original platform materials remain our property. Customers retain ownership of their school data and content.
06Service availability
We work to keep EduPilot reliable and available, but occasional maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may affect access.
07Limitation and termination
Specific warranties, liability limits, suspension rights, and termination provisions will be governed by the customer agreement and applicable law.
